Our Team

Kathryn Kent, MD & Tyler Street, MD

Partners in life and in work, Dr. Kathryn Kent and Dr. Tyler Street founded Lamplighter Wellness Clinic to bring ketamine therapy to Napa Valley. They have both been personally touched by this work and the power of the medicine to transform. Lamplighter Wellness Clinic was founded with the purpose of providing safe and sacred experiences to uplift the community.

Doug Wilson, MD FAAFP

Dr. Doug Wilson came to his passion for healing through his work as a family physician at a community clinic, while offering care from pre-conception through post-death. After a spiritual awakening to the beauty of the entire cycle of life, he attended the Palliative Care Education and Practice program at Harvard University and became Board-Certified in palliative care. He also works in hospital medicine, and is the founding medical director for the inpatient palliative care team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. His love of all that is good, beautiful and true has led to a life-long study of transformation and the development of the psyche. He is also led daily into the shadow of our human darkness, and thus has developed the capacity to be compassionately with what is. He has a deep love for consciousness, and for all beings through whom that magic of being radiates. He feels gratitude for all his teachers and mentors. He enjoys time with his family, outdoor sports, nature, and sharing deep presence.
